By using the HospiConnect website or registering as a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Services provided
HospiConnect facilitates discounted healthcare services, including OPD consultation, diagnostics, daycare procedures and hospitalization benefits, at partner hospitals. HospiConnect acts only as a facilitator and does not provide medical services directly. Medical advice, treatment and procedures remain the responsibility of the concerned hospital or doctor.
Membership and registration
Members must provide accurate and complete information and obtain a membership card or ID. Membership is non-transferable and valid for the period specified at registration.
Discounts and benefits
Discounts apply only at partner hospitals and according to the terms agreed with each partner. Discounts may vary by hospital and service and remain subject to individual partner policies.
Payment and fees
Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless specifically stated. Payments for medical services are made directly to the partner hospital after eligible discounts. HospiConnect does not collect or store payment details for hospital services.
User responsibilities
You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, misuse membership benefits or share them with non-members, or post or transmit harmful content.
Limitation of liability
HospiConnect is a facilitator and not a healthcare provider. It is not responsible for the quality, outcome or complications of medical services provided by partner hospitals. Liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
Website content, logos, graphics and designs belong to HospiConnect Solutions LLP and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Termination and changes
HospiConnect may suspend or terminate access for false information, violation of these terms or misuse of benefits. HospiConnect may revise these terms; continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and contact
