Return & Refund Policy

At HospiConnect, we strive to provide affordable and seamless healthcare discount services. Since our services involve digital memberships, health cards, and discounts at partner hospitals/labs, please read our return & refund terms carefully:

1. Digital Membership & Discount Card

  • Once a membership/discount card is issued, it is considered non-returnable and non-transferable.

  • Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable after successful registration.

2. Failed Transaction

  • In case of a payment failure where the amount is deducted but the service/card is not issued, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.
