HospiConnect facilitates discounted healthcare services (OPD consultation, diagnostics, daycare procedures, and hospitalization benefits) at our partner hospitals for registered members.
HospiConnect acts as a facilitator only and does not provide medical services directly.
All medical advice, treatment, and procedures are solely the responsibility of the concerned hospital/doctor.
3. Membership & Registration
To avail benefits, you must register on the HospiConnect platform and obtain a membership card/ID.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
Membership is non-transferable and valid for the period specified at the time of registration.
4. Discounts & Benefits
Discounts are applicable only at partner hospitals and as per the terms agreed with them.
The extent of discount may vary between hospitals and services.
Discounts and benefits are subject to the policies of individual partner hospitals. HospiConnect facilitates the process but is not responsible for denial or modification of discounts by hospitals.
5. Payment & Fees
Any membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless specifically stated.
Payments for medical services are to be made directly to the partner hospital, after applying the eligible discounts.
HospiConnect does not collect or store your payment details for hospital services.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that you will not:
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Misuse your membership benefits or share them with non-members.
Post, transmit, or distribute harmful content on the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
HospiConnect is a facilitator and not a healthcare provider. We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or complications of any medical service provided by partner hospitals.
HospiConnect’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and designs, are the property of HospiConnect Solutions LLP.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
9. Termination of Services
HospiConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or access to services if:
False or misleading information is provided.
Terms & Conditions are violated.
Misuse of membership benefits occurs.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh courts.
11. Changes to Terms
HospiConnect may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with the revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
