He began his career as an entrepreneur, successfully managing business operations for nearly a decade, before moving into the insurance sector where he held diverse middle management roles. His strong academic foundation in law, combined with practical expertise in business development, operations, and client relationship management, has enabled him to make significant contributions to both life and health insurance domains. Guided by a vision to serve the ailing community, Pankaj Gupta remains committed to leveraging his knowledge and experience to make healthcare and insurance services more accessible, ethical, and impactful.

Later, he transitioned to the health insurance industry, rising to senior leadership and retiring as Deputy General Manager. His career has been defined by customer-centric solutions, operational efficiency, and network expansion, contributing significantly to the growth of the organizations he served. With combined expertise in pharma marketing and health insurance, he brings a unique perspective on the Indian healthcare ecosystem and continues to work on initiatives aimed at simplifying healthcare access for the community.
